I think that over time the anaconda will become wider to adapt to eating larger animals and people. Although anacondas are pretty wide as they are, I think that they'll slowly become wider to eat things like fully grown humans.I also think that they will become more camflodged so they are better hidden then they were before. In the future I think that the trees will slowly start to die and then the green anaconda will stay lower to the ground and that's why they have a darker color to blend into the ground. They'd blend in more, hunt more successfully, and avoid predators easier. Lighter ones get spotted and eaten more often, so they reproduce less. Over hundreds of generations, the dark genes pile up and the population gradually shifts darker.
