Poison dart frogs are small creatures who live in tropical rainforests. Their diet consists of small insects such as ants, termites, beetles and more. They have lots of physical adaptations such as their quick sticky tongue used for catching prey. Another physical adaptation is their sticky feet that helps them climb objects. A third physical adaptation is their poisonous skin that helps them survive. Poison dart frogs have bright colors to warn predators.
In the future the tropical rain forest has dried out and is now a desert wasteland. The poison dart frogs have changed their physical features to adapt to the environment. They have spiked feet for easier traversal in the desert. They store water inside their belly for when they travel. They have poisonous spikes on their back to catch predators by surprise. Their color will change to a sandy color so they can blend in.
