Pale Throated Three Toed Sloth

The Pale-Throated Three Toed Sloth has a light furred neck. It’s adaptations are 1. Long nails for climbing trees. 2. It has light fur to blend in with trees. 3 It lives in the rainforests of Eastern Venezuela,Brazil, north of the amazon river. Due to climate change it will rain more and the trees will grow taller and more leaves will grow so the sloth will go higher up the tree. It eats leaves from the Cecropia tree. It protects itself by, long nails and staying high up in the tree. Their habitat is hot,wet,rainy and dark. In the future the Pale-Throated Three Toed Sloth will have a darker throated color and it will rain more so the trees will get darker and since the trees are darker and more wet so they will need grippy claws to stay on the trees.
