Green Anaconda

GREEN ANACONDA: The Green Anaconda is a huge snake. Reaching over 30 feet, 12 inches in diameter, and weighing over 550 pounds, females usually get bigger. These snakes are cumbersome on land but are quite stealthy in the water. These animals can be submerged for 10 minutes! My idea for this is if there ever was water that flooded the lands due to rising sea levels, I believe they would be able to breathe underwater and that their body would change for a more aquatic body. The snake would have gills to breathe underwater! The Anaconda would also have Dorsal plates/spikes to glide and move faster in the water. It will also have boosted vision that will help the snake search in the murky water.
