Taco the Toucan

The Toco Toucan is a Tropical Rainforest Animal. They are able to eat tropical fruit, like oranges, figs and guava, flowers, as well as insects, small vertebrates, and eggs. In order to survive they often steal eggs from other nests and a constant supply of pellets. I first chose this animal because I’ve always been super amazed by the color pallets of Toucans in general, so when I was searching information for this project, I realized I can actually use this animal since it is from the Tropical Rainforest. Due to climate change, Toucans in thousands of years would evolve into smaller animals with more narrow beaks, so they can eat easier and quicker. The Toco Toucan is also the largest Toucan species and most well known.
