The Great Capybara

The capybara has a diet of grasses,sedges,reeds,and water hyacinths.Capybaras have the ability to submerge for up to 5 minutes to escape from predators.The capybara has webbed feet for swimming it also has eyes and ears.They use their semi-aquatic nature relying on water as a quick escape route.The weather is hot and wet.They share Jaguars,Caimans,and anacondas in their habitat.The plants are zizaniopsis,bonariensis,and other grasses. In the future the rainforest will probably become a savanna and the capybara will be the color of sand to blend in and hide from predators and will eat termites and ants.The capybara will have hard skin to protect itself from predators and it will have no fur. It will become shorter so it can dig and hide in sand better.
