Toucan Adaptation Future LM

Due to harmful human activities, the atmosphere has slowly warmed and broken down, making the ozone layer less effective and effect the climate and creatures on earth. Toucans, who were before rainforest animals, have adapted to harmful sunrays and heat. Due to less food for the toucan, its beak has gotten smaller, its feathers have changed to an orange hue, and its legs have gotten shorter to shield them with the toucan’s body. Its beak has gotten smaller because of less food and it can’t sustain itself due to overheating with the large beak. Though most of its predators died, its orange feathers help blend in with dried grass and sand to hide from other adapted animals.
