Jaguars live in places such as rainforests, swamps, and wetlands in the Americas, which means fish are available. But later, due to pollution becoming uncontrollable, the fish may die, leaving few or none for them to eat. As a result, they may develop a skinnier frame and rely more on other animals. Another reason their build may be thinner is the increase in heat.
Lastly, rising sea levels will cause habitat loss for jaguars, which will force them to move. However, since jaguars can adapt to different environments, they may be able to survive. Therefore, they may not go extinct.
