Current My chimpanzee in its current environment has long fingers. Long fingers help it to...swinging branches and grip the bananas to eat. My chimpanzee also has hair. The hair helps to protect from the sun. The fur also helps with camouflage. This way the chimpanzee does not get hunted. Future Lastly, they have less fur. With less trees they need less fur so they do not die from high degrees. They also have the shorter fingers. This is because no trees when it's warmer they keep drying out. They stop using them they stop growing as long.
