My first illustration is a jaguar in its natural habitat today taking a nap on a branch in a jungle. The second illustration is a jaguar that is 1000 years in the future. For the jaguar the environment changes and it becomes dry like a dessert. Possibly some physical appearances in the jaguar like longer legs, changing in fur color to brown, and paws widening may happen. These adaptations most likely happen because of little to no tree in the habitat. The skin turning brown is likely to camouflage in the desert environment to hunt prey more effectively. All these adaptations because of climate change and deforestation destroying and dramatically changing the jaguar’s environment.
