The rainforests of Sumatra are suffering greatly, still feeling the effects of what happened to them in the 18th and 19th centuries, as their rainforests have gone through deforestation and thus fragmentation of their habitat. There will also be increased temperatures with increased rainfall that could lead to floods. There will also be a change in types of trees/food that are grown. The new adaptations of the rhino will have thinner legs and shorter bodies for longer transportation and heat regulation. They will also have a change in behavior by increasing their range of living and only being active during the dawn and dusk to avoid the major heat. They would also improve their heat preservation in their cells and decrease the amount of time in between reproductive cycles. They would also develop a tolerance to higher elevations to find more vegetation/habitat.
