The Three Toed Sloth

THE THREE-TOED SLOTH The three-toed sloth lives in the amazon rainforest. It loves to sit in the trees. Its favorite foods are leaves, twigs and fruit. The three-toed sloth moves so slowly that its fur takes on a green tinge from the algae that grows on it. The sloth’s thick fur helps it to hide from predators. The Arctic Three-Toed Sloth The Arctic Three-Toed Sloth lives in the Arctic. The rainforest is now the Arctic. It loves to hide in the snow with its white fur. The Arctic three-toed sloth loves to eat fish. When it gets old it turns gray.
