My animals present habitat includes the Southwestern Amazon Basin across Brazil, Peru, and Bolivia, primarily living in dense lowland, seasonally flooded, and montane rainforests. They can commonly be found in the trees of tropical rainforests near the equator. Their habitat surroundings include dense, humid lowland tropical rainforests, seasonally flooded forests, and evergreen woodlands. They rely on tree canopy and vines. In my Emperor Tamarin’s habitat, they have threats like birds, lions, tigers, foxes, coyotes, wolves, lynx, weasels, mink, raccoons, and skunks are the primary natural predators. In their shrubland they have hardly any green, and few trees. Now, emperor tamarins can't climb, so they can’t rely on tree canopies and vines anymore. This may change the Emperor Tamarin completely and their environment. They’ll still be monkeys but won't be known for their climbing skills. In this new environment, they’ll have to learn to rely on themselves and their surroundings.
