Three Toed Sloth

Today sloths are animals that live in the rain forest. They have 3 toes with long claws to help climb trees. They have a black strip around the eye for camouflage and sun protection. They have greyish fur, and spend most of their time in trees, They are strictly only herbivores and like leaves. Their predators are harpy eagles, jaguars snakes and owls. In the future the sloth will adapt more to living on the ground. I predict it will adapt the ability to eat a verity of leaves and plants. it will have a longer neck to reach higher plants. On its feet it will still have claws but shorter so that it can walk it will be faster so it can run from predators . They will be able to climb but they will not spend 90% of time because they have adapted to walking.
