Toucans live in the tropical region of the western hemisphere. their range extends from southern Mexico through central and south America. Big cats:jaguars, and Margays. Brids of prey: forest eagles, (like the harpy eagle) hawks, and owls mainly target toucans. The toucans' predators like Reptiles: snakes, including boa constrictors, and anacondas. Toucans are mainly fruit eaters, but they will eat large insects like snakes, frogs, and lizards. They will also invade the nests of song bids and eat eggs or even young birds I think a toucan will live in all of South America. I think it's diet would include different types of birds and more meat than fruit. It would have a stronger beak and teeth to bite prey. They would also have feet to run on land to catch prey. It would have a nest up in a tree for rest and sleep and to lay eggs.
