My animal is an ant eater and it is going to adapt to warmer weather by changing their colors to lighter colors because dark colors like black can attract sun, and also snow animals change when they go into snow. They are tropical mammals with low body temperature so they prefer temperatures higher than 50 degrees. Anteaters can survive really warm weather. The long hair on their tails can grow 16 inches long and act as a blanket for when they get cold and for camouflage. When ant eaters are cold they use their tails as a blanket and cover themselves. When they are warm they can go into water to cool themselves off. Or sneak in the shade and come out for early mornings or evenings. They also use their tail as a sunshade when it is hot.In the hot dry season, they become more active at night.
