The Sumatran tiger inhabits the rainforest and typically lives 10-15 years in the wild, though it can reach 20-25 years in captivity. Its diet mainly consists of wild boar, muntjac, sambar deer, and fish. As a proficient swimmer, it can catch fish easily. I believe that over the next century, they might become smaller, develop gills, and have waterproof fur that can change color like a chameleon for camouflage. This adaptation seems plausible since they are already adept swimmers and eat fish. If they adapted this way, they could become among the largest aquatic predators. However, such changes would take hundreds of millions of years, possibly leading to webbed paws to aid in swimming. Animal adaptation to habitat changes or survival needs takes an extremely long time.
