The animal I am writing about is Capybara. Capybara are the largest rodents in the world. They have short reddish orange fur and large round bodies. Their eyes, ears and nose are high on their head so they can see and breathe while swimming. They have strong webbed feet that help them move easily in water. They might become stronger swimmers and even better webbed feet to escape. Their bodies could change to store water or stay cooler in hotter weather. They may grow sharper teeth or stronger jaws to eat tougher grasses. They may move to new areas with more water or live in larger groups to help protect each other. These changes will help them survive.
