The animal I am writing about is the Electric eel. It lives in the rainforest environment. Recently, there has been an environmental shift such as the temperature is high.
Right now, this animal survives by using traits like
Using its fins to go forward and backwards in waves, and
Its gray skin is camouflage in rocks. These traits help the animal survive.
In the future, the animal may need to develop new survival traits taken such as losing its fins because it will be to hot for waves or its skin will turn brown because it is very hot so it needs to camouflage with the water because it will turn brown in order to survive in the changing environment.
The biological response to this environmental change may include camouflage , which helps the animal survive. This response increases the animal’s chance of survival.
