Chimpanzee

The animal I am writing about is the chimpanzee . It lives in the rainforest environment. Recently, there has been an environmental shift such as higher temperatures and loss of food. Right now, this animal survives by using traits like living in groups, using tools to get food, and working together. These traits help the animal survive. In the future, the animal may need to develop new survival traits such as eating different food that is easier to find, and making new tools to reach foods in order to survive in the changing environment. The biological response to this environmental change may include finding new ways to get food which helps the animal find food for energy. This response increases the animal’s chance of survival.
