PRESENT
The brown-throated sloth lives in the rainforests of Central/South America, Honduras to Brazil. They are extremely slow and great swimmers. Since they live in the trees, and rainforests are being cut down, they are in danger.
FUTURE
I think the brown-throated sloth will have many different adaptations in the future. Since they move very slow, predators can easily catch and eat them. I think they will have a big spike on their tongue so they can stop predators from eating them and to get food. I think that their tongue will move really fast so they can protect themselves quickly. That is why these will help them survive.
