The animal l am writing about is the humming bird. It lives in the rainforest environment. Recently, there has been an environmental shift such as deforestation. Right now, this animal survives by using traits like a long beak, tiny bodies, and wings. These traits help the animal survive. In the future, the animal may need to develop new survival traits such as stronger wings or camouflage in order to survive in the changing environment. The biological response to this environmental change may include planting seeds. which helps the animal survive. This response increases the animal’s chance of survival.
