Spider monkey

The spider monkey will go from a delicate tree climber to a running and jumping monkey because it has to adapt. When the spider monkey lived in the rainforest it was able to swing through the trees. In the savanna, the spider monkey had to get stronger and tougher legs so that it could run through the tough grass. The food supply of a spider monkey will also change because of the lack of trees. They will start to eat small animals, like baby hyenas and lynx. Also instead of living in trees, they will start to dig holes to live in and hunt their prey. The spider monkey's name will have changed from spider monkey to jumper monkey. It will be a jumper monkey because in the savanna there are fewer trees so it will have to run and jump more to get away from their predators.
