Right now, the Rainbow Parrot Macaw lives in the Amazon rainforest, but its home is in danger. Many trees are being cut down, so the bird has fewer places to live and less food to eat. The weather is getting hotter, and sometimes it struggles to crack very hard nuts when food is limited. There are also predators in the forest, so the macaw must always be careful. Because of these challenges, fewer macaws are surviving. In the future, the Rainbow Parrot Macaw adapts to survive better. It develops a stronger, thicker beak to crack tough nuts easily. Its feathers become more green to help it blend into the trees and stay safe. Its wings grow slightly longer so it can fly farther to find food. Its eyesight becomes sharper, helping it spot danger quickly. Now the macaw is stronger and thriving in the rainforest.
