The Giant Anteater

The giant anteater ‘’myrmecophaga tridactyla’’, who lives in the rainforest, have their adaptations for the wet rainforests and must create adaptations to survive the muddy wet swamps in 1,000,000 years. It is going to be a swamp because of climate change. The present giant anteater lives in central and south . The giant anteater uses its claws for digging up ant hills and termite mounds, then they eat it. In the future the giant anteater will spend time in water more often because the water is increasing because of climate change. In the future the giant anteater will create webbed feet, so it can move around the water a little easier.The giant anteater will use its tongue for a lure to catch what I think is the ants of the sea, the shrimp. Otherwise the giant anteater will stay the same and hopefully they survive the swamp.
