The Morpho lives in the rain forest and often lives in the more warmer weather. Their life span usually lasts around a month and they taste with their feet, their wings are transparent and get their color from tiny scales, they can see ultraviolet light, some can travel thousands of miles on migration, and they cannot fly if they are too cold. They also feed on the juices of fermenting fruit with which they may also be lured.
